Refund and Returns Policy

Non-refundable Items

Due to safety concerns and the hypoallergenic nature of our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products, all sales are final and non-refundable, even if the products remain unopened.

 

Defective Items & Fulfillment Errors

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or there’s a mistake in your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We’ll offer a free exchange or refund after inspecting the returned item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we’ll send an email to notify you. You’ll also be informed whether your refund request is approved or rejected.

For approved refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Mistakes happen. If you’ve made an error in your order or shipping address, notify us immediately through phone at 647 948 8158 or by sending an email to orders@canadamasq.com.

In the subject line of your email, use all caps and specify either ORDER MISTAKE or SHIPPING ADDRESS MISTAKE, along with your order number.

While our fulfillment team will do their best to accommodate changes, please note that if the order has already been dispatched for delivery, the customer will bear the shipping costs for reshipment.

 

Holiday Promotions & Price Adjustments

Promotional pricing is valid only during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice and may vary during different promotional events (e.g. Early Black Friday vs. Black Friday & Cyber Monday Weekend).

While we don’t automatically offer retroactive price adjustments, we may issue a refund for the difference if your order was placed within three (3) days prior to the start of a new promotion. We reserve the right to accept or decline such requests on a case-by-case basis. Requests are reviewed at our discretion and handled by our customer service team on a best-effort basis; response times may vary depending on seasonal volume and backlog. Approved refunds are typically processed within one week, and the customers can expect the credit to appear on their payment method within approximately five (5) business days thereafter.  

All sales during clearance or limited-time promotions are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
