Job Summary:

As one of the largest Canadian manufacturers of PPE, including CA-N95 respirators, ASTM procedure masks, bouffant caps, and shoe covers, Canada Masq has built a strong reputation built for quality, innovation, and commitment. In this role, you will be crucial in helping us achieve our strategic objective of becoming the leading North American manufacturer of disposable medical supplies. We are seeking a driven sales professional with a proven track record who can generate new sales through existing contacts and expand sales with Canada Masq’s current customers across various sectors.

 

Responsibilities:

  • • Achieving quarterly sales targets by identifying and closing sales opportunities.

  • • Identify new customers through strategic prospecting, leveraging current contacts.

  • • Develop market segmentation and create active pipeline in CRM based on industry knowledge and experience.

  • • Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.

  • • Develop and strengthen current customer relationships, seeking new opportunities to increase sales.

  • • Consistently increase customer base and sales growth.

  • • Build and maintain solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.

  • • Negotiate pricing aligned with corporate price corridors.

  • • Actively utilize our CRM tool in the Odoo ERP system to manage the selling process.

  • • Manage inbound customer inquiries, sales orders, product quotations and information requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a challenger mentality and a hunter mindset.

  • Goal-oriented, performance driven.

  • At least 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the health care sector.

  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to confidently make cold calls and negotiate sales terms / pricing within company guidelines.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.

  • Hands on Experience with CRM tools.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas.

  • The ability to travel to customers.

  • The ability to work independently.

  • Valid driver's license.
